Title: Crunchy Swiss and Ham Appetizers

Yield: 90 Servings

2cMashed potatoes
  =(use very stiff mashed potatoes)
2cCooked ham; finely chopped
4ozSwiss cheese; shredded
1/3cMayonnaise
1/4cMinced onions
1 Egg; well beaten
1tsMustard
1/8tsSalt
1/4tsBlack pepper
3 1/2cCorn flake crumbs; crushed

Combine all ingredients except corn flake crumbs; chill. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in corn flake crumbs. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve while still hot. Makes about 8 dozen appetizers. From The Best Of Country Cooking. Jo Merrill
